2. Shipping Policy:

Order Processing:

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–7 working days after payment confirmation.

• During special occasions or popular sales processing time may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time (May vary based on your location):

• Domestic: 3–7 business days

• International: 10–21 business days (if applicable)

Shipping Charges:

• Calculated at checkout unless free shipping is applicable.

Tracking:

• A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped.

• After processed , If any damaged caused during transit we are not responsible.

Delays:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Return & Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Initially contact our customer care with the proper proof.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Opened or used skincare/haircare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made products, gift cards, and promotional items.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–15 business days after we inspect the returned product and it may vary.

Return Shipping:

• Customers bear the return shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled.

• If you wish to cancel the order before processed 10% cancellation fee will be applied.

1. Cancellation of unprocessed orders: If a cancellation request is received within 5 hours after placing order we will proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund.

2. Cancellation of processed orders: Once the orders has been processed we will not be able to cancel it. Inspite you wish to cancel you will be charged around 30% of the total cost.

3. Refund after returned orders: The refund will be only accepted after verifying the proof and then only the return process is initiated, Refund is processed only after verifying the product returned.

4. Order may be cancelled based on the availability of the product you have ordered.

5. If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days we will initiate the refund.
